L'entreprise

We are looking for a Compensation & Benefits Officer for an Oil&Gas Group based in Monaco!

Les missions

ROLE
Under the direction of the HR and Payroll Manager, you will be part of a team of 3 persons. You will manage the company’s compensation, payroll and benefits functions (900 employees). You will oversee the administration of the salary administration program, including base pay programs and incentive plans. You will manage and processes multiple payrolls.

RESPONSABILITIES

  • Processing payroll for staff. Responsible for management of automated timekeeping system and ensuring that pay practices comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Administrating the company’s benefit programs for employees, including insured benefits, voluntary benefits, retirement plans, wellness programs, etc.
  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the salary administration program. Assisting the manager on the annual salary program renewal.
  • Working with and advises management and staff in the interpretation and application of all compensation and benefits programs, including base pay, merit adjustments, incentive, payroll, and all benefit programs.
  • Responsible for creation and dissemination of annual compensation and benefit statements.
  • Acting as liaison with internal and external auditors for payroll, benefit and compensation-related requests.
  • Acting as administrator for the company’s HRIS system, ADP Workforce. Maintains information and ensures that records are kept up to date, including electronic personnel files. Works with HRIS vendor to process all year-end reporting.

Le profil

SKILLS

  • Bac+2 minimum in HR, Payroll or Compensation & Benefits,
  • Payroll Experience of at least 5 years,
  • In House Payroll Experience or accounting firm,
  • HR Admin experience in Monaco,
  • Excellent level in Excel,
  • Fluent English and French are mandatory.
